IWM CHRISTMAS IN WARTIME COLLECTION

Imperial War Museums have released a fantastic collection of archival videos which show how Christmas was celebrated during the Second World War, both in the home front and abroad.

From informative 'Post Early for Christmas' videos from the Ministry of Information to Academy-Award nominated short films documenting Christmas spent on tube platforms, the collection is a fantastic way of showing how the festive spirit stayed strong during the war.
